It’s the Eve before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature has stirred, apart from me, little mouse! I’ve been busy, pitter pat, with a huff and a puff, bright crown, tailcoat smart, gold and white ruff. The softest green boots, ready to welcome winters night, bells will ring overhead from a starry sleigh in flight! Diamonds on my crown shining like the sky above, to be here, with you, I feel so very loved! Tip tapping along the skirting board, the house is looking fine, a hurry and a scurry, oh how the lights shine! Darting back and forth, my beady eyes are tired, this is a fine place to be and one I’ve long admired
You see the smallest of us have a very big part to play, in making sure we’re snug as a bug and ready for the day. Might you find a little resting place for me to lay my head? I do feel very sleepy and yearn for a warm, soft bed. Place me somewhere of your choosing, where I may take reprieve, for I, little mouse will be your guardian on this special Christmas Eve. I will keep my ears open for sleigh bells and ringing overhead, I will stay awake for you, so you may get some rest.

As featured in the April 2024 Country Living Edition, this beautiful bespoke Springtime hoop is decorated with dried blooms, all grown onsite here on the farm. Made from chicken wire and homegrown willow, blooms and seed-heads are free-woven into the wire making a unique decorative hoop. Suitable for indoor use, or outdoor (if covered from rain and wind), she measures 15 inches in width and will be posted in a wreath box. A wire loop sits on the back of the hoop ready for hanging. Please note that each hoop is bespoke and therefore will differ a little to the picture. Lead times are within two weeks. -

A gorgeous Giftbox of my book and a small posy of farm dried blooms with a handwritten note. This is the perfect present to gift, as the Tussie Mussie was a small posy of blooms that developed in the Victorian era. It reflected the need for the language of flowers conveying a specific sentiment to the recipient. I have teamed it with my book "Upon a Billowy Breeze - Hope".
