DELIVERY
Delivery is via First Class or Second Class Signed for and everything is sent by Royal Mail.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of your order. Please note handpainted items will take longer & are clearly labelled in the product listings.
Everything is sent packaged in tissue paper, with prints in hardbacked envelopes & decorative items sent in gift wrapped boxes with Do Not Bend Labels for added peace of mind for transit.
You have the option of leaving me a note at checkout, please do say if the item is a gift and I can happily write a note on behalf of you to the recipient.
RETURNS
I hope you are completely happy with your purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me on thedartmoorartist@gmail.com and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.
Items will not be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights
