Welcome to the Home of Joyful Makes, based on Dartmoor, between Ashburton and Bovey Tracey! This workshop is a bespoke craft workshop and will take place in my Cottage Kitchen on Sunday 7th Dec from 1pm-4pm. The Cottage will be decorated for Christmas and we'll be making three giftable crafts for Christmas, a hand-painted Christmas decoration, a mini version of my Christmas willow tree and a papercraft wreath. Refreshments, cake and Mincepies will be provided!. Important Info: This workshop is suitable for all abilities, but is adults only. We’re located on the edge of Dartmoor, sandwiched between Ashburton and Bovey Tracey. Full directions will be emailed to you. Please allow 3 hours for this workshop. All resources are provided for you. This workshop is laid back and friendly, so if you’re coming by yourself, don’t worry. It’s relaxed and you’ll meet some lovely like minded people. As featured in the April 2024 Country Living Edition, this beautiful bespoke Springtime hoop is decorated with dried blooms, all grown onsite here on the farm. Made from chicken wire and homegrown willow, blooms and seed-heads are free-woven into the wire making a unique decorative hoop. Suitable for indoor use, or outdoor (if covered from rain and wind), she measures 15 inches in width and will be posted in a wreath box. A wire loop sits on the back of the hoop ready for hanging. Please note that each hoop is bespoke and therefore will differ a little to the picture. Lead times are within two weeks. -

Something told him to look upward, as he sniffed the easterly wind which blew the petals upwards and across the moorland. The landscape quietened and with a whisper of love, Bess asked...
