Welcome to the Home of Joyful Makes, based on Dartmoor, between Ashburton and Bovey Tracey! Make your own Everlasting Floral Frame. A beautiful bespoke decoration adorned with home grown dried blooms and bows. Learn how to cut and shape the willow which has been grown here on the farm to create your unique design. Refreshments and cake will be provided. Important Info: This workshop is suitable for all abilities, but is adults only. We’re located on the edge of Dartmoor, sandwiched between Ashburton and Bovey Tracey. Full directions will be emailed to you. The studio is located up steep granite steps. Please allow 3 hours for this workshop. All resources are provided for you. This workshop is laid back and friendly, so if you’re coming by yourself, don’t worry. It’s relaxed and you’ll meet some lovely like minded people. The workshop will take place between two rooms, the main studio and the Garden Room. Spring is one of my favourite times of year and in this workshop you'll get to celebrate it by painting your choice of everlasting wooden flowers. Choose from a hand painted wooden bouquet, or perhaps some stems of cherry blossoms, ranunculus and tulips. All of these painted items are designed to hang, so make the most gorgeous decorations or perhaps a great present idea for Spring gifting. Refreshments and cake will be provided.
