We’ll be making a half faced bull which explores colour combinations, texture, mood & character.
I’ll be teaching the approach I use within my own work, which uses acrylic on card and a variety of brushwork.
All resources (please just wear old clothes)
Refreshments and nibbles (please leave me a note if you have any specific dietary requirements)
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?
NO! Just a willingness to have a go. Whether you’ve painted before or not, come as you are.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE WORKSHOP?
Come and join the menagerie! My workshop takes places in the beautiful surroundings of a Dartmoor farm. The views are spectacular and the sights and sounds of the farm certainly inspire the creative imagination.
We will work in stages, where I’ll show you the basics of how to create at each stage, we’ll breathe life into these delightful animals. Working with acrylic on card, you’ll make an A3 sized mounted painting that you can keep or perhaps gift. There will plenty of time to talk, explore, practice and with oodles of fun thrown in. All resources are included.
